Audi A3 is a great luxury compact sedan with upscale interior and a fun, sporty ride, but we're definitely looking for more performance from a luxury vehicle. To top that off, a shorter warranty than industry standards has us asking, "why pay more for German engineering, when they won't even back up their own product?" The Audi A3 power train warranty ends after just 4 years or 50,000 miles. Not only is the starting price high, but the cost-to-own is also going to be higher than other options. Shop around! There are many great luxury vehicle brands that offer better value with more quality assurance.
Acura ILX offers more powerful performance, longer warranty, more room, more trunk space, and lots of standard technology features for less than the Audi A3.
